IMPACT SPECIALIST FINANCE LTD MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT 2023 TO 2024<\/strong><\/h1>

Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n

This statement is made on behalf of Impact Money Group Limited (Impact) (the "Company") pursuant to section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the act) and outlines the policies and measures that Impact are taking to combat slavery and human trafficking in their business and supply chains.<\/p>\n

Our Structure and Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Company is Registered in England with registered number 2661757. The Company’s registered address is at Littlehaven House, 24-26 Littlehaven Lane, Horsham RH12 4HT.

The Company acts as a mortgage broker, advising on Mortgage Products. Impact also acts as a Mortgage Packager in helping 3rd party brokers by providing potential mortgage solutions they can decide whether to advise to their clients.<\/p>\n

Our commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.<\/p>\n

Our supply chain<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The nature of the Company’s business is such that our material supply chain consists primarily of professional services suppliers: such as solicitors, administrators, surveyors, storage facilities, office supplies and technology providers, substantially all of which are based in or operating from the United Kingdom. Consequently, we consider our supply chain to be low risk with regards to such relationships and ‘modern slavery’ and do not consider any further action to be necessary as an immediate next step to mitigate the risk of "modern slavery" in the supply chain.

We are committed to complying with the applicable financial regulations and conduct rules that are prevalent in our industry, and to creating a fair and transparent working environment within our business.<\/p>\n

We strive through our procurement processes and third-party supplier policies to select suppliers that share our values and demonstrate a commitment to the highest professional standards and ethical conduct in their business dealings. Our Board of Directors oversee our procurement process.<\/p>\n

Due Diligence<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We have not identified any areas requiring immediate action with regard to such relationships beyond our regular procurement diligence processes and our internal third-party supplier procurement process.<\/p>\n

Our policies in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Embedding the principles<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    We have not identified any areas requiring immediate action with regard to such relationships beyond our regular procurement diligence processes and our internal third-party supplier procurement process.<\/p>\n

    We will continue to embed the principles through:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • providing awareness training to staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 on joining the organisation and on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
    • ensuring that consideration of the modern slavery risks and prevention are added to impacts policy review process as an employer and procurer of goods and services.<\/li>\n
    • continuing Board oversight to make sure action is taken to embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This statement has been approved by Dale Jannels, Managing Director, and Vic Jannels, Company Chairman of Impact Specialist Finance Ltd for 2023 - 2024.<\/strong>
