During the application process, he explained everything in great detail and was always quick to respond to any queries that we had. Dale was also very quick to send our application and all of our documents to the lender, without the need to chase him up for progress. He was very dedicated! Also thank you to Melanie who carried on with our application for the last part, she was also very responsive to emails and keen to get the mortgage offer for us.<br \/><br \/>Overall, Impact were great and I cannot fault them on anything.
