We’re open 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

No. We never charge up-front consultancy, advisory or help fees. This means you can speak to an advisor, who will find you a mortgage and give you a quote for free.

We typically charge a £199 fee on receipt of your full mortgage application. This means we’ve got all we need to submit to the lender. Then the only other fee we charge is a £375 fee on receipt of the mortgage offer.

So if you don’t get your offer you only have to pay £199.

With interest rates hovering at historic lows for a record period of time and the cost of living rising, this has made it difficult for some borrowers to accumulate a deposit.

Whether you can apply for a remortgage/new purchase with missed mortgage payments, will depend on the specifics of the missed payment e.g. when it was, why, etc.  

However we have a good track record of helping those who have a missed payment.
