About You:

• CeMAP qualified with at least 3 years of adviser experience
• Ideally, have CAS status
• Experience across a range of lenders or whole-of-market expertise preferred
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Adviser at Impact Specialist Finance, you’ll be expected to:

• Create a best-in-class advice service by assessing applications and providing tailored, high-quality recommendations
• Deliver outstanding communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process
• Manage an active pipeline of applications proactively and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the broader Impact team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards consistently
